A dessert recipe that does not sabotage your health and even increases your fruit intake – in moderation, you can eat everything!
You do not have to rush from sweets to have a healthy diet. Occasionally, adding a dessert recipe on a daily basis does not hurt – even more so if it comes with fruit, as is the case with this delicious crumble of peaches and strawberries .
You can not deny that each serving adds a good number of calories in your day. However, you also take the body’s antioxidant strawberry and peach vitamins . Without exaggeration, therefore, this candy can even contribute to health – and, above all, to your well-being.

Serves 6 servings
300 g peaches pitted and cut into 4
200 g strawberries, cut into 4
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup demerara or crystal sugar
1/3 of cup of iced butter grated in thick drain
6 tablespoons of cream – optional
Method of preparation
In a medium refractory form (can be ceramic, for pie) or glass platter, place the peaches and strawberries and add the brown sugar.
Then make the topping, mixing the flour with the demerara sugar, or crystal. Add the butter and mix with a fork or with your hands to form a farofa. Spread this farofa over the fruit.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 40 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Serve warm, to pieces, with 1 tablespoon of cream, if desired.
